FOOD WE WANT FOOD !

THE PERFECT SUMMER DISH: 








(Hello Summer !)




 RECIPIES:




 “ (Tropical Chicken)”:

Time : 1 hour 30 min







  • Turmeric / Curcuma Spice 

  • Chili pepper/ Harrisa 


  • Pepper in powder 


  • 1 Magie Cube 


  • 2 Table spoon of Mustard 


  • 6 Piece of Garlic / Garlic powder 


  • Citrus & Olive oil 


    Not more, not less.... just like I call it PERFECT ! 


Preparation : 10 Min 


First you make some stripes on you chicken to let the ingredients penetrated the chicken. 
 Then you clean it in citrus and salt without water ! 



When it’s done you put the Mustard, the Chilli Pepper powder or Harissa, the Curcuma to give a beautiful yellow to the chicken when it’s gone fries. 

Almost done ! 

Now add some drops of citrus, the Magic cube and oils, mix everything together and let the ingredients penetrated the chicken for 20 min to 1 hours it’s depend the time you have ! 


“(BASIC but Sweat Salad)” 
Basic of a Sweat salad, nothing ! Just put what you want but keep in mind that the chicken is already fat, so choose light ingredient.


In my salade I put eggs, tomato, tuna, cucumber, cheese & that’s it ! Like I say more light because of the chicken but still delicious. 



Then you serve with patate and we are all done, now you can enjoy the pleasure of a fresh salad, fries potatoes & a good chicken.

We visit Giethoorn in the Netherlands !

TODAY 

WE WERE IN GIETHORN : 

Let’s see what we discover !






But where’s Giethorn ? 





Giethorn is a small village  in the Netherlands in the province of Overijssel , if you want to know everybody call her : “ the Venise of Holland” ! 


Worth it are not ? 



The first that my boyfriend took me to Giethorn it was the boat and yeah it’s really the “Venise” of Holland, but why ? Because you have 2 ways to visit this village : 

  • The boat : you can rent small boat to visit, but as a tourist my advices for you it’s that before you rent the first cheap or just boat that you see check the price. Why because that you have are not money it’s always good to know how and where you spend you’r money on right ? 


  • The Bus Tour : not cheap but still ok, the price are 85 € & $100.30 for 9hours on the website of Tour Ticket :                                                                                                    here's the link to  Tours-Tickets.com . 



















  • The train : more complicated but still a way to go ! The price are to 21 € the most cheap to 23.50 € for the most fast  with also,  2 changes and you still have to go back  ! So if you are not sure to make It, and orientation is not you’r best quality then take the “Bus Tour”:  better than  being  lost !

Conclusion : Worth it or Nah ?
I would say it ok, if you just want to visit take beautiful travel picture's and fill you book are for instagram and tralalala ! But If you go their with the idea of going to have fun and have a lot of activities I would not recommend this place. For my part it's more for old people's & sorry for the old than teenagers and tutti cuanti ! 

 But Yeah it's still a beautiful place to see and the food is fucking good so no chichi for that, just bravissimo ! Nice for couple, cuzz girls if you look for a place romantic in Holland I think you found your place. 
Dinner next to the water, boat in the afternoon, walk in the night and then will all now what come after the night ! But definitely the perfect place for couple's. 



OURS VISIT OF GIETHORN : 
Where did we go ! And what did we see ! 


The First time : 




Like I say before our first time in Giethorn it was with the boat ! And it was amazing, if you are a fan of water and the green of the Nature, the immensity or just fishing , then the boat way, will suit you well. 

We were mostly in the boat because we go with our dog and try to stop but also because you don't have stop for you'r boat and with  Simba on board ! Better to say impossible. So I visit on the water, for my part the only ressemblance with Venise is that you can be in the boat. 
 The houses are really different then have all the Dutch house style made with a brown brick like “ old chimney” and have beautiful garden, who are not the Same ! 

Let’s just say that in Giethorn you can eat and do you shopping, take some beautiful pictures for your memories and walk that it ! I wouldn’t say i’t the most funny place ever but, beautiful it is ! 




The second time : 




Now the second time we were in Giethorn now I was on my feet ! Hum, hum, Yes ladies on my feet and let me just say it was way better than the boat.
When you walk you can take time to look and you can reach places that with the boat it’s impossible to go. 
So the second time was on feet, with my boyfriend and a friend we went to Giethorn for lunch ! 

And OMG ! The food in the Grachtof Restaurant was AMMMMMAZINNNG ! I think you don’t even have to eat a full meal to be full. 



I take a “brood met ei” or “ egg and bread”



















 , my boyfriend like a “omelette” 
















and are friend take a "tosti"! 





My plate was so full that I couldn’t finish everything, and my boyfriend have to finish it for me as always ! But it’s so good and so cheap that I was chocked. 
I have the hobbit of French price for a egg and bread, when I see the price in this country I was really and still amazed. 




The restaurant also was nice and the people’s inside where real careful about the fact that in the group I was the only one who didn’t talk Dutch. Why I say that ! Because when you are a tourist in the Netherlands sometimes it’s hard to be understand in the smallest cities. 

But otherwise everything was fine, and we enjoy are day their.
