1 / 4 : Cup of Baking   S

1 : Tea  H  of Baking Soda 

1 / 2 : Tea  H  of  N

1 / 4 : Tea  H of  W

1 or  1 / 3 mashed  z

1 / 3 Cup  of G or M

1   large U

1 Pack of Chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Whisk together the first six ingredients. 

In a separate bowl, whisk bananas, oil and egg until blended. 

Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. 

Fold in chocolate chips.Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.

 Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes. 

Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

 Serve warm .

My first food 

          Truck Festival !

                  Believe me or not, I’m 22 and….

I never been to a Food truck Festival ! Probably cuzz of Strict family & Cuzz I didn’t know about it ! 

But yeah, It was until now ! 

And let me just say to you it was the greatest moment in my life… I know I’m still young but still ! 

My first let’s call it  “F.T.F” shall we ? More short ? I know… but let keep on going ! 

So here we are 2018, in a small city of the beautiful country of the #Netherlands, name Meppel. 

My two friends, Daniel & Bert also Tim and my boyfriend Mike but Most important Me !

Where going to the “FTF”, I was so happy the days before that finally we would go there and eat look drink… WTF! Keep on going !

Yeah it’s was a Small “FTF” but one Familiale with a lot of music, different countries, beautiful trucks and also nice people’s.

When we first come there the Guys were already agree on MEATS !!! 

They keep talking about the Burgers, steaks, and every kind of meat you could find there. 

So yeap !

 First stop the Burger Truck, at first look I was not ready to eat or taste anything, maybe because I’m difficult !

But then I try one of the Burgers and they were just AMMMMMMMAZIIING !!!! I could kill for an other one, and not only the taste was good but also the people’s were nice to us , and the fact that I could see what I was gonna eat make me more secure ! 

Second Stop the Thai ! I didn’t specially wan’t Thai, not because I don’t like it, but just because my Burger was just enough for my stomach. 

But Daniel did try it, and he say that it was really “lekker” ( Good ) & also spicy ! 

And for the spicy part trust me, it was if you were there and you have seen him sweating himself out you would truly believe that it was spicy ! 

Poor Daniel !

Third Stop Babe went to an other Burger this time with Bert , Because at the First stop only Daniel, Tim &  Me took the Burger ! 

When they came back their Burger’s were with a “premium quality” Burger…. When I say “premium” it’s because their one were with a slice of meat freshly cut and ours were more like Mc Donalds one’s, tasty but still the look ! 

Fourth Stop This time in Couple “ whooowhooo”, Kidding ! But yeah this time it was Babe ( Mike ) & Me (Anturia) who goes to The Spanish Truck, and now Guess for what ??? 

Churrroooooossssss ! Babe you want Churros ? Hell yesssss, I wan’t Churros  ! OMG, I was expecting so much more of the churros, but the deception took place at the first bite when I realise that, they look like churros, but they don’t taste like them. 

But fine I needed some sugar so why not eating them, at the end I shared most of them with my friend, but also babe ! So everything was ok ! 

Last Stop of the FTF , The StroopWaffle’s Truck ! Oh yeah baby let’s take a ride to the Waffle’s Paradise. 

When we Came for the StroopWaffle’s we were like the only one, I think the men was so happy that we came that he give us all sales on the product! 

At the end of the FTF, we all had great memories, 2 packs for the price of one of StroopWaffle’s, Our Stomach full and We loose our money on the Drinks! 

But the most important was that we were all HAPPY ! And We didn’t regret Anything . 

For the first Food Truck Festival I ever been I can say that if I have to do it, I would probably do it again !
